majlis is a digital contact-card service for personal and professional introductions.

Your account and content

Use your own account and provide information you are entitled to share. Keep your sign-in secure. Do not impersonate another person, publish someone else’s private information without permission, upload unlawful content, send spam or attempt to bypass another member’s access controls.

You retain ownership of your content. By uploading and publishing it, you permit majlis to store and display it and generate the contact downloads needed to provide the sharing features you select. Upload only photos and other material you have permission to use.

Sharing your card

You control publication and field visibility separately for each card. Published links may be forwarded, and recipients may save the information. Review your sharing choices before presenting your QR code. See the Privacy Policy for photo-link access and the limits of removing information already shared.

Invitations and availability

Creating an account does not guarantee membership access; an invitation may be required. majlis currently offers invitation access. Any future paid offering will describe its price and terms before a purchase.

The service may be interrupted for maintenance, network problems or provider outages. Keep a separate copy of information you need. An offline QR still needs an internet connection on the recipient’s device to open its destination.

Other services and people

Google sign-in and linked social platforms have their own terms. majlis does not endorse members or verify every claim on a card. Use shared contact information respectfully and for the purpose of the introduction.

Closing an account or reporting a problem

You can unpublish a card in its editor. To request account deletion or report misuse, email quest@breakingbarriers.ai. We may restrict access where necessary to address misuse or protect the service. These terms may be updated as the service changes; the date above identifies this version.
